Microsoft is developing a tool, now in Beta cycle, which lets you determine whether the IT department achieves its goals. This will help IT managers decide where to invest money and create nice reports and charts for management to see how effective it is and when asking for further purchases, explain why they are needed.
It works with both Exchange 2000 and 2003 and requires SQL and SQL reporting services.
