The update resolves issues with Windows XP SP2 regarding use of the Outlook Web Access S/MIME control used to encrypt or sign e-mails.

From the list of the files updated it seems that a few other Outlook Web Access fixes were integrated into this release, which would explain why a seemingly single fix was titled "rollup", a name usually reserved for larger updates that Microsoft usually releases that can be used instead of downloading a lot of smaller patches.
