It requires the ArrayConvert.Exe module that helps vbscript convert a variable of one type to another. The module is available here:

The customer should run this tool using the command line cscript.exe shell. This tool is not for beginners as it requires some learning, has no GUI, and provides XML output. One might complain that some of the tool's functions should be available using the Exchange System Manager but at least this tool is 100 percent open source code.
