New Public Folder Administration coming in Exchange 2003 Service Pack 2

Public Folder management is finally getting some interesting improvements and will become wizard based with Exchange 2003 SP2.

You will be able to replicate delta changes to a folder's client permissions or replica list. The ability to add, remove or replace replicas and users, modify permissions of a single user or move a bulk of public folders from one server to another within complex hierarchies will all become wizard based.

Another long awaited feature is a "Move All Replicas" option for an entire store. This means that if you have a 100 top level public folders you don't have to right click all of them and run through the wizard to migrate to a new server. To complement this feature you won't be able to delete a public store that still has replicas of public folders, including system folders.
