The last version, released on March 2004 has been removed for unknown reasons, possibly due to a bug. It is interesting to note that though the update has just been posted on Microsoft's web site, the updated DLL file has been created on April. It seems Microsoft is really doing the best it can that software is tested before it goes out the door.

The update is available at: http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=870765#7 or through Office update.
