Microsoft Releases an Overview of Exchange High Availability

Microsoft's internal IT department publishes the means by which they keep their own Exchange servers available 99.99% of the time.

This documentation is actually two files, Word and Excel, providing general overview, suited mostly for IT Managers and other decision makers that want to know how high availablity is achieved.

Note: Though it says on the download page it supports only Windows XP, since these are Office documents I imagine they can be viewed on any platform that supports Office documents.
