    Intermedia has phenomenal "up time" dependability. However, in my opinion, they have ZERO Spam filtering. If they would implement some true spam service, I would not be looking for an alternative provider.

    Exchange hosting

    Coming from an Exchange provider that didn't stand true to their uptime Intermedia has done nothing but exceed my expectations. Their Sales rep was very knowledgeable and their Support is stellar with little to no hold times. I highly recommend hosted Exchange with Intermedia. Keep up the good work guys!

    I like to work with Intermedia.NET

    Intermedia.NET Exchange service is excellent. Second benefit - support. Also best control panel I've found out there. I highly recommend this service.

    Very good solution

    We have been using this Exchange solution for half a year now and all seems good. We have received very good support both from the reseller and even directly from Intermedia. It couldn't be better as I see it.

    Great support.

    Have been with Intermedia's hosted Exchange for almost two years. Only twice in this time, earlier on in 2004, did they take longer than an hour or so to fix a problem. Since then the service has been perfect. Highly recommended.

    So far so good

    Been using intermedia.net for both web hosting and shared exchange for the past four months with no problems so far. The few quesions/configuration issues i had were responded to quickly (within an hour or two) whether it be via phone or email.

    More than support

    The control panel that InterMedia is using is so easy to use and well designed that it should be integrated with all Microsoft Exchange packs. The support is second to none, and the reseller function is well integrated. All together a very good product.

    Have been trying Intermedia's Exchange Server for about a month now. So far, works great. When their server wouldn't allow creating a public folder, I emailed them at 2:00am in the morning and they had the problem fixed by 2:30am. They also have an online chat feature that I've used. Great support so far!
