Very Good Solution... However
by AF,
Product Rating: 3/5
- Mail Street provides excellent customer support. This is my 2nd major provider and I will only use providers that use MX LOgic for SPAM and Virus protection.
HOWEVER, if one of your needs includes the ability to use server based rules in Outlook that forward certain e-mails OUTSIDE your domain, you are SOL. They have disabled this feature and have no intent on enabling it.

Mailstreet
by Chris Ewen,
Product Rating: 4/5
- We started about two weeks ago. There have been some glitches here and there that are expected with this type of transition. Now everything is running smoothly. I would not recommend doing a split domain. The technical staff are generally quite competent, although we get different answers from different ones. They are very responsive and able to fix issues that arise. Their Blackberry service is fantastic. We are pleased with our decision.

Mailstreet Performance
by Mani Chawla,
Product Rating: 5/5
- I have now used them for six months and I am quite happy with their performance and support. They haven't been down (yet - touch wood) and on the four occasions when I called them, I have been able to speak to Tech Support within 3 minutes of wait. Given my personal experience with tech support over the years, this is quite laudable.
The staff is professional and courteous.

MailStreet OWA patchy & down
by David Medd,
Product Rating: 3/5
- I currently use and resell Mailstreet. I've had their OWA service go down once for at least 15 minutes (stopped tracking after that). I also have experienced problems with OWA... sometimes the email preview pane goes 404 (blank) while the OWA folders & navigation remains. Not an Exchange problem... this is their configuration that is broken.
I question whether Mailstreet can scale effectively... they seem to be experiencing more problems as they grow.

Product Rating: 5/5
- I have been using MailStreet for over a year and their support and service has been top notch. I wrote an article about their excellent support on my web site a few months ago:

Better than the others
by Jeff Kugelbach,
Product Rating: 5/5
- We tried a few other services and MailStreet seemed to have the fastest connectivity. Also their support rep was very helpful when trying to setup a split domain for us. None of the other exchange providers we talked to would do this for us.
