Add2Exchange is an Exchange Add-On which provides private/public Outlook folder synchronization in any direction! For mobility, this solution allows wireless syncs of public and private folders to any Outlook-based mobile device (BlackBerry, Pocket PCs, Smartphones) providing true collaboration.

Installed on the Exchange or File Server with Exchange System Manager, the new “Add2Exchange Service Account” is used to create relationships between two Outlook folders with specific “Rules of the Relationship” which handle copying and conflict resolutions. Items created in the source are copied to the destination and any changes, edits or deletions are synchronized unidirectionally or bidirectionally depending on “the Rules”. Exchange groupcalendar 3.0 for E2010 and E2007 Listing updated: February 3, 2011

Synchronizes appointments from user calendars to public calendars and back. Filters in the software make sure that only the appointments that are relevant to that particular group calendar become visible publicly.
Includes a number of unique features like:
- Setting up one mandatory category list and colors for all exchange users so everyone uses the same colors.
- Admin users (managers) can create one single item in a groupcalendar that replicates to all user calendar and they can not remove that from their calendar.

GALsync is very useful should your company have one internal Active Directory and one separate Active Directory for the company’s sales representatives and you want all user objects and groups of the sales reps AD to be visible to your internal Outlook/Exchange users (using the Global Address List), or, if you want all sales reps to have access to information of a subset of the internal users. GALsync is very useful in company take-overs were you have to integrate different Active Directories and Exchange organizations. GALsync is also very useful your company has a partner company and you want to share some user and group information for Outlook/Exchange users in the Global Address List.
