With CodeTwo Exchange Rules you can easily deploy standardized disclaimers and signatures to e-mail messages sent from all mail clients via Exchange Server 2000/2003/2007/2010/2013. Thanks to central management of disclaimers, the administrator is not required to configure footers separately for all users and supervise their correct usage.
