CodeTwo Exchange Rules software enables central defining of company disclaimers and personalized signatures added to e-mails sent via Microsoft Exchange server.

The program enables: adding different disclaimers depending on a message sender's address or domain to e-mails, adding personalized signatures containing sender's data available in the Active Directory database to e-mails, for instance first and last name, company, branch, phones, e-mail address, etc., inserting images and logos into disclaimers, recording information about all messages sent and received via Exchange server in the program's logs.
