Nemx SecurExchange AutoContent Listing updated: December 12, 2008

SecurExchange AutoContent provides the ability to automatically insert corporate signatures, disclaimers or other text or graphics to the beginning or end of your outbound and internal email messages. Support is provided for Exchange 2007, 2003, 2000, and 5.5.

Set signatures and disclaimer either company wide, by specific distribution list, AD group, or individual users, with each banner able to augment or override the higher level banner. Full graphics and automatic conversion between HTML, RTF, or plain text messages, along with full national language support (NLS). Specific recipients such as mobile clients or faxes can be excluded to optimize bandwidth. Two Editions of SecurExchange AutoContent are available; Perimeter Edition provides outbound message support, while the Corporate Edition provides both outbound and internal message support.
