Disclaimers

E-mail disclaimers are a useful feature that can ensure communications from your company in electronic format are acknowledged to be confidential and are susceptible to corruption, interception and unauthorised amendment.

The QS Disclaimer service is implemented as an IIS SMTP service extension and will run on any machine that can run Microsoft IIS SMTP service 5 or greater. In addition, QS Disclaimer can be installed on a computer running Microsoft Exchange 2000/2003.

SecurExchange AutoContent provides the ability to automatically insert corporate signatures, disclaimers or other text or graphics to the beginning or end of your outbound and internal email messages. Support is provided for Exchange 2007, 2003, 2000, and 5.5.

Set signatures and disclaimer either company wide, by specific distribution list, AD group, or individual users, with each banner able to augment or override the higher level banner. Full graphics and automatic conversion between HTML, RTF, or plain text messages, along with full national language support (NLS). Specific recipients such as mobile clients or faxes can be excluded to optimize bandwidth.
