CodeTwo Exchange Rules Free Version Listing updated: February 3, 2011

CodeTwo Exchange Rules automatically adds signatures and disclaimers to email sent via Exchange Server. It will let you quickly compose unified email signatures and disclaimers for all Exchange Server users, manage signatures centrally and run email marketing campaigns.

CodeTwo Exchange Rules can add signatures with images, company logos and email banners. You will also be able to create dynamic content footers which pull information from Active Directory. At the same time the application will make your company mail in keeping with the current legal regulations.

The application is easy to install and configure – the entire process should not occupy longer than 5 minutes. What is more, the program contains an easy-to-use HTML editor and a set of predefined footer templates that will let you start using the program in a New York minute.

Please note. The freeware version adds additional information about the software and the manufacturer to outgoing messages. The extra lines are not added to all messages processed by Exchange server, but only to messages containing disclaimers.
