March 25, 2005 - Very Impressed With F-Secure by R C, Product Rating: 5/5

Way better than Norton. Caught 5 viruses than Norton didn't even see. We have it on all our work stations, DCs, Member Servers, Exchange Server, and our Gateway server. They always email us when a newer version is out so we can implement it. We never had problems with customer service.

August 10, 2004 - Company has bad service by M B, Product Rating: 1/5

Had the company send a tech on site and he was not able to get the product to work. We worked with company for over 2 years and was never able to get it to work. Company stated that they do not have a refund policy.
