The fact that it doesn't work with Evonlution sucks. Anyone on Linux not wishing to use the web client should avoid this host. You MUST be on MS software to access the servers.
February 21, 2006 - Abysmal support by Gary Evans, Product Rating: 1/5
Positive - Service reliability is OK; web interface works quite well; 1Gb storage per mailbox is very useful for our needs.

Negative - No spam filters. Support is beyond belief - no response to email after 5+ days, phone support minimum 30 mins on hold and then poor interpersonal skills and unhelpful staff.

Overall - Getting worse over time. I expect some kind of collapse is coming soon.
May 6, 2005 - A poor choice by Rob Holden, Product Rating: 1/5
I selected this service based on price - not such a good idea.

Their support is very poor, 72 hour wait on email enquiries, and when you phone them they ask for anything you want doing in writing. Also, no review of previous enquiries when they respond on emails, which can be very frustrating the third time you ask the same question.

The automated emails they send out are often innacurate or incomplete, and resulted in a misunderstanding that saw both of my exchange mailboxes deleted.

I won't be asking them to reinstate them, I can't be bothered with the hassle, and I seriously doubt their ability to actually achieve anything.
May 5, 2005 - Don't go with them. by Andy Choi, Product Rating: 1/5
Their support is really bad. Half the time they never respond and the other times they have no idea how to answer my question.

Again only supports RPC over HTTPS. Also doesn't work in Evolution with Exchange connector. I've never seen an exchange 2003 account that didn't work with Evolution.

I'm canceling them pronto.

Only supports RPC over HTTPS so you need XP. No anti-spam filters, you need to use the built in ones in Outlook 2003 (not that good).
