February 23, 2006 - Wow by T. Denon, Product Rating: 5/5: These guys are great. Service has always been top notch. I have been using them for 6 months and have never had any real problems. They are always willing to listen to any request and come up with solutions, and they aren't afraid to point you to another product if they can't supply the right solution.

Also, just had my mail restored last week with no issues... looks like they have brick level to me.
February 14, 2006 - Great Company by J. Thomas, Product Rating: 5/5: These guys are great, always helpful and they get the job done. Customer support seems to be a dying service with Exchange Hosting companies... but not with this one!
February 8, 2006 - Great Hosting by J. Watson, Product Rating: 5/5: Great reliable hosting and at a reasonable price. Everything seems to be included, and I haven't incured any additional charges like I had at my last provider.
February 7, 2006 - I take that back by Andy Choi, Product Rating: 1/5: These guys lost almost all of my mail because something got corrupted.
WHen I asked whether or not they could restore my messages, they never got around to it and simply said they didn't have brick level backups.
Any mail service you pay $10 for just your messages get lost and they don't back it up screams a lack of service.

They even configured and added Evolution exchange connector support (on Linux) just because I asked.
