Exclaimer Mail Disclaimers Listing updated: September 27, 2011

Put vivid signatures, airtight disclaimers and virtual business cards on every email sent, even from smartphones, and auto-customize them for different readers. Branding can go above or below your most recent reply, beneath the entire email chain or even all three – logo above, signature below and disclaimer at the end.

Add RSS feeds and social media to your signature, with a blog post or Twitter feed in your branding beside a Facebook ‘Like’ or LinkedIn ‘Recommend’ link. Auto-fill sender's contact details straight from your Active Directory, and even use smart tables to collapse a field – like fax or Skype name – if there's no data to go in it.
