Groupware server Outlook without Exchange Server, shared pst
Public ShareFolder makes it possible for several users to connect one or several central stored Outlook PST files at the same time. The shared Outlook PST files have full access and rights for read and write. Sharing contacts, calendars, inboxes, or tasks is one of the most important functions of groupware solutions. Normally it is not possible without an Exchange server to use Microsoft Outlook together in a network to share this information and functionality directly in Outlook with all rights. The program Public ShareFolder supplies this alternative access with all Outlook versions. Public ShareFolder uses a common Outlook data file (PST). This programs does not share only contacts or dates, it shares the whole Outlook PST file.

Reply Manager can be used as any email autoresponder program, except that it works directly from within Microsoft Outlook, as an add-in. This way, the autoresponder handles incoming emails and generated email replies by handling your Outlook emails and not by intercepting the email POP traffic, as other autoresponders do. Moreover, being integrated with Microsoft Outlook, the autoresponder can use Outlook email properties in order to send personalised auto-emails, such as inserting personalised greetings or setting the reply importance level.
Our autoresponder add-in for Outlook does not require the Microsoft Exchange server in order to run, although it supports the Outlook to Exchange connectivity. Practically, you can use our autoresponder program with Outlook no matter your email account types or mail server software. The autoresponder add-in can handle POP3, IMAP, HTTP or any other email account that you are using with Microsoft Outlook. When defining a reply rule, the autoresponder will show all your email accounts in the email accounts filter tab, so you can select for which accounts you want the autoresponder rule to be enabled. You can also use the autoresponder add-in for Outlook to send automatic email confirmations, such as out of office emails, vacation emails or automatic confirmations for service support or sales requests.

ChooseFrom
Listing updated: December 7, 2003
Exchange mailbox may have multiple SMTP addresses. For outgoing messages Exchange server always uses the primary SMTP address. For example, John Doe has a mailbox with john.doe@companya.com primary SMTP address and john.doe@companyb.com secondary smtp address. John Doe can easily receive the message addressed both to john.doe@companya.com and john.doe@companyb.com, but he can not send the message as john.doe@companyb.com because this behaviour is by design in Exchange server.
ChooseFrom for Exchange 2000/2003 application allows user to send message with any sender address (From: field) , including his/her additional SMTP addresses. Application is a transport event sink.

CSCatchAll
Listing updated: November 17, 2010
CSCatchAll adds a catch-all mailbox capability to Microsoft Exchange 2000 and 2003 server installations. Without this extension, Exchange Server sends a non-delivery message to the sender of the email if the recipient email address is not found in the active directory.
CSCatchAll is this missing Exchange catch-all extension and allows you to define a collection mailbox for every domain name handled in your Exchange Server that will receive all emails for non-existing user. Just add a SMTP email address "catchall@domainname" to any of your users Active Directory email addresses - that's it! CSCatchAll installs as a "SMTP Event Sink" and automatically checks if the recipient addresses in incomming emails can be found in the AD and if not reroutes to the catchall mailbox. There is absolutely no configuration you need to do - just install CSCatchAll and add your catchall mailboxes!
