InboxRULES can help you to save and print messages, extract data from messages immediately when message arrives to MS Exchange Server mailbox or MS Outlook account. InboxRULES SE is a service for MS Exchange Server and doesn't require MS Outlook running on the server. We also offer client side version of InboxRULES for MS Outlook Rules Wizard (check our website for more details). Modular system of InboxRULES consists from client side engine for MS Outlook Rules Wizard (InboxRULES RW) or server side engine for MS Exchange Server (InboxRULES SE), actions, and restrictions.

InboxRULES architecture allows expanding ability of program by adding new actions and restrictions to the program rules. These actions and restrictions can be created directly by end-user. InboxRULES is able to use different rules for each exchange server mailbox and as an addition it is possible to define global rules, which are common for all mailboxes.
