ChooseFrom
Listing updated: December 7, 2003
Exchange mailbox may have multiple SMTP addresses. For outgoing messages Exchange server always uses the primary SMTP address. For example, John Doe has a mailbox with john.doe@companya.com primary SMTP address and john.doe@companyb.com secondary smtp address. John Doe can easily receive the message addressed both to john.doe@companya.com and john.doe@companyb.com, but he can not send the message as john.doe@companyb.com because this behaviour is by design in Exchange server.
ChooseFrom for Exchange 2000/2003 application allows user to send message with any sender address (From: field) , including his/her additional SMTP addresses. Application is a transport event sink.

CSCatchAll
Listing updated: March 3, 2006
CSCatchAll adds a catch-all mailbox capability to Microsoft Exchange 2000 and 2003 server installations. Without this extension, Exchange Server sends a non-delivery message to the sender of the email if the recipient email address is not found in the active directory. There is a KnowledgeBase article from Microsoft on how to solve this but the proposed solution in the article will reroute ANY email, even those addressed to existing recipients.
CSCatchAll is this missing Exchange catch-all extension and allows you to define a collection mailbox for every domain name handled in your Exchange Server that will receive all emails for non-existing user. Just add a SMTP email address "catchall@domainname" to any of your users Active Directory email addresses - that's it! CSCatchAll installs as a "SMTP Event Sink" and automatically checks if the recipient addresses in incomming emails can be found in the AD and if not reroutes to the catchall mailbox. There is absolutely no configuration you need to do - just install CSCatchAll and add your catchall mailboxes!
CSCatchAll features: Adds catch-all capability to Microsoft Exchange Server mailboxes; Works with Microsoft Exchange Server 2000 and 2003 versions as well as SBS varieties; Absolutely no configuration necessary! Just install CSCatchAll and define an additional "catchall@yourdomain" address in the Active Directory for any user to have that user receive emails for all addresses that are not otherwise defined for that domain in the Active Directory; Multi-Domain capable: Just define "catchall@domain1.com" as well as "catchall@domain2.com", "catchall@domain3.com, etc. in the Active Directory. You can assign different domain catch-all accounts to separate users or all catchall@ accounts to the same user; Industrial strength robust and fast C++ code; Simple per-server licensing flat fee: No additional charges per user or per year.

GALtoDB
Listing updated: March 7, 2005
GALtoDB Service - A XP/2000/NT service that copies information from a Microsoft Exchange Server Global Address List (GAL) to a database. The GALtoDB Service product includes the GALtoDB Service Configuration Wizard to get you up and running. The program supports Microsoft Access, Oracle, Microsoft SQL, and most other database systems. It includes the ability to create a new distribution list based on information from the Global Address List, yet excluding email addresses that match criteria that you define. Creates / recreates an up to date corporate distribution list that does not contain unwanted accounts, such as Service Accounts, opt'ed out accounts, VIP accounts, etc. The GALtoDB Service Configuration Wizard includes a quick database and mail access configuration section, a complete scheduling section, an exchange information field chooser, a new distribution list options section, start/stop control and the ability to run pre/post SQL and command programs. Program uses extended MAPI to access the GAL information, so Collaboation Data Objects (CDO) nor Active Directory are required.

HeaderToCategory for Exchange 2000/2003 application converts all SMTP mail headers to categories for each incoming message. That allows users to easily create rules to differentiate important e-mails automatically using multiple colors and fonts based on e-mail header information.
