Email Templates is an extension to Microsoft Outlook designed to send personalized messages rapidly to individuals and multiple recipients. Email Templates has the ability to create customizable message templates, speeding the process of handling email. These templates can then be applied to messages, contacts, or used individually to rapidly respond to email with increased consistency and personalization. For those who need additional functionality, Email Templates also contains an easy to use VBScript programming interface. Sample templates are included which show how to do powerful tasks such as adding data from emails directly into a database, using the built in XML parser, and building a spam filter.
