June 23, 2003 - NEO is a great add-on by Ken,: If you get large quantities of email, you have to have NEO. Very easy to use. Great organization features (much better than OL's rules). Very easy to locate old messages in sveral differnt ways. A real time saver.
April 30, 2003 - Nelson Email Organizer by Terry,: There aren't too many products that really save me lots of time each day, but this is most definitely one of them. Downloading the trial to actual purchase was four days in which I managed to get my start of day email handling down to an hour. Coupled with two spam filters I now get through 200 emails per monring. After the initial - "will I really get to use all this?" stage - I found that the programme unfolded it's functionality and as I thought to myself "now a nice feature would be" in nearly all cases, that feature had a) already been added and b) was easy to find. It's great to find a stable programme that gives me a heap of benefits. I would recommend that any serious (and long term) Outlook user tries this programme as it will give you benefits. It doesn't replace Outlook, it just links to it. The fast search facility (across multiple folders) is one of my favourite features, so too is the ability to look at all of the attachments that I have sent and received, sorted by type so that all of the old Acrobat files for example, can be deleted safely. August 26, 2002 - I"m converted by Mike Fenwick,: The whole office is on NEO and I was the hold-out. I stalled for a while then I gave in and tried it. It really is an awesome time saver. It's only a matter of time before every OL user adds NEO. I hope Caelo doesn't give into buyout preasures from MS. Great product!
