OutMerge is a user-friendly tool for merging letters in Microsoft Word with selected Contacts from Microsoft Outlook. You can maintain as many templates you want and OutMerge keeps them stored and ready to use. The search and selection of Contacts is very easy and all it takes to ether send an E-mail or create merged letters to one or more Contacts is just a click on a button. Of course you can also maintain Contacts from OutMerge. Just select a Contact and click Edit and Outlook will open - ready to edit.
