The Fortisware PST Finder is an IT-Pro tool for locating .PST files on a local network and enabling automated removal, archiving and import to Microsoft Exchange Server.

Rich reporting features make it easy to look for recently-modified PST files on the network and to monitor the status of automated imports. Determine the size of PST files on an individual and domain level for planning purposes; aggregate size data can be used to establish centralized storage needs or Exchange mailbox capacity.

PST Finder can also adjust users' Outlook settings to disable the generation of new PST files in the future on an individual workstation or domain level.

PST Backup Attender is a light-weight, PST file backup utility that can be used to locate, manage and back up PST files on user computers. Its efficient method of backing up the contents of PST files to the network and keeping this information synchronized, eliminates the need to store PST files on the network, a practice not recommended and unsupported by Microsoft. Additionally, PST Backup Attender can be used to enforce simple retention policies based on certain age and content criteria. Deployed through Group Policy, PST Backup Attender consumes minimal resources and installs and runs without any end-user interaction.

Easy Outlook Recovery Listing updated: January 22, 2009

To recover deleted messages, attached files and contacts from Microsoft Outlook personal folders (PST), the program uses original algorithms to recover the maximum number of messages - even from files that the mail client will not open. The program can be used to view messages and attached files and save them in the EML format, which can be imported later into the mail client.

PSTWay for OWA Listing updated: May 30, 2007

Connect Outlook Web Access users with their PST files & Personal Folders. PSTWay drives OWA’s acceptance and utilization by allowing users to access all their data including: Mail, Contacts, Calendar, and Tasks.

PSTs can remain on local or network drives and shared between Outlook and OWA. All access is via OWA’s standard interface and users have complete ability to manage their own PSTs and contents. Personal Folders are simply added to the OWA folder tree and accessed normally. They can add, copy, move, delete, and search just like an OWA folder.

PSTWay installs on Exchange’s frontend server with no special achieve systems to install or manage. PSTWay is currently available for Exchange 2003 and upgradable to 2007. PSTWay is the web interface to PSTs you have been searching for.
